Any interested party has the right to submit a complaint or appeal related to our services, processes, decisions, or conduct. All submissions will be handled in accordance with our internal management procedures and applicable standards.

Submission Process

To submit a complaint or appeal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the official Complaint and Appeal Form.
  2. Complete all required information accurately and in full.
  3. Send the completed and signed form to the following email address:

orbik_claims@orbil-cybersecurity.com

Review and Resolution

Upon receipt, the complaint or appeal will be:

  • Registered and acknowledged.
  • Reviewed by authorized personnel independent from the subject of the complaint or appeal whenever applicable.
  • Evaluated confidentially, impartially, and within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Resolved in accordance with Orbil Cybersecurity’s internal procedures.

The submitter will be informed of the progress and final outcome of the process where appropriate.

Confidentiality

All information provided during the complaints and appeals process will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection and information security requirements.
