Management Policy

Orbik establishes its information security policy outlining the organization’s approach to managing information security. Orbik is committed to regulatory standards for security, dedicating all means at its disposal to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss, whether accidental or intentional. In this regard, Orbik upholds confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information as fundamental principles underlying its information security policy. In formulating this information security policy, Orbik has taken into account the requirements of its business area, along with applicable regulations and legislation, and the current and anticipated environment of risks and threats to information security.

As a foundational tool, Orbik adopts a Management System based on the UNE EN ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, establishing the current Information Security Policy. The leadership at Orbik considers a commitment to continuous improvement, compliance with applicable requirements, and the proper pursuit of customer satisfaction by delivering services that exceed expectations as fundamental pillars of its management.

In making this policy, Orbik undertakes the following commitments:

• Compliance with applicable requirements: explicit and implicit requirements from partners, employees, and other stakeholders; legal and regulatory requirements related to data protection; and any other subscribed requirement.
• Continuous improvement: Orbik operates under a continuous improvement approach, aiming to provide an agile service tailored to the needs of stakeholders, enhancing information security, and consistently addressing new environmental demands.

By implementing an Information Security Management System, Orbik aims to mitigate risks associated with information systems used in its processes to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all identified assets. The enduring and permanent validity of this commitment will require the effort, participation, and awareness of all individuals within Orbik and the commitment of leadership to guide and strengthen it with the necessary resources.
